The challenge that AI poses to human rights

Artificial intelligence (AI) will have an impact on our societies that we hardly imagine. But as the late Stephen Hawking warned, the risks of unregulated AI are unprecedented. A Council of Europe task force is currently assessing both the threats and opportunities of AI for human rights.
