Moldova’s Diplomatic Community celebrate Council of Europe 70th

Moldova’s National Library was the venue for a special celebration of the Council of Europe’s 70th anniversary featuring an exhibition in Romanian and Russian covering landmark events from each decade of the Council’s history. The event was attended by the ambassadors of France, Romania, Russia and the European Union, along with other diplomatic representatives.
