Opening the doors on 70 years of the Council of Europe

Over four thousand people joined celebrations for the Council of Europe’s 70th birthday at the Strasbourg headquarters.

Both the Palais de l’Europe and the Human Rights Court opened their doors to welcome visitors and guide them through the Council’s past, present and future with games, exhibitions and activities for all ages, including an exclusive viewing of the original Human Rights Convention.
