Council of Europe experts led a cultural policy review of Vietnam and inspired other cultural policy reviews at the level of UNESCO.

Kazakhstan, South Korea and Kyrgyzstan are all members of the European Commission for Democracy through Law - better known as the Venice Commission – the Council of Europe's advisory body on constitutional matters.

Kazakhstan has observer status with the Council of Europe’s Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ).
The Child-friendly Justice Guidelines have been translated and distributed in South Korea and used there in training legal professions.
SEXUAL VIOLENCE & ABUSE
“Kiko and the Hand”, the children’s book that helps parents talk to children about child sexual abuse, is available in Japan and India.
